Phog Phest 2 - A Preview

Just a friendly reminder, as we are less than a week away from Phog Phest 2...

Tickets are $10.
They're being sold by Joe Rabie (Red Rows), David Dubois (Locusts Have No King - often found at Taloola Cafe :)), Jamie Greer (The Magic Hall of Mirrors - often found at The Manchester), and Phog Lounge itself.

We're looking at an amazing gathering of local music creators, supporters, and awesome weather.

The forecast is already calling for sunny skies with a high of 30 and a low of 20! It's the ideal day to be at a music festival!

We'd be honoured if you found us, and our large outdoor festival (in Phog's parking lot) to celebrate the local music scene on this Saturday, August 14th.

CJAM 99.1FM will be live-streaming a portion of the evening on the radio, which is thrilling!

Thanks.

Phog Phest 2 music schedule:
1pm-1:40 - Red Rows
2pm-2:40 - Lindy
3pm-3:40 - James O-L and The Villains

Young Rival (Hamilton) w/ The Heels

One of Canada's best rock and roll bands is playing Phog on Friday.
Young Rival (previously The Ride Theory) are back on the trail of giving amazing shows to people who really love music.
http://www.myspace.com/youngrival

This band has been startling audiences with their jaw-dropping guitar-work, energy, and songwriting since they were teenagers.
They're not much older than that NOW, but they are NEVER a disappointment.

The show will be helped out by local band, The Heels.
The show will begin around 10:30pm, and the cover price is $5.
Be there to see one of Canada's best.
Truly.
They are phenomenal.

Some vids for you to peruse of them?

This one made me laugh in the first ten seconds!
